How many times have you thought of baking at home fresh and soft breads, but ended up giving up because "it's too hard" ou because you felt you didn't have the "gift of baking"...?

The brioche and the sweet doughs are the basis for coming out of a lot of different products: cinnamon rolls, babkas, burger buns and hot dog roll, fluffy pan bread, braids, and much more.

Diego Haupenthal, chef at DoBeco Padaria, and Phillipe Senex, chef at Panificadora Marquise, will teach you all of their techniques. In this class you'll learn everything from kneading and baking, and also a few pastry tricks that will take your bread to a whole new level. And the best thing is: everything will be baked and eaten by the attendants!
