An ancient method of fermentation, the sourdough is the best way to make breads that are both healthy and delicious. The natural fermentation develops flavors, aromas and helps in the digestibility - an alchemy that engages and amazes everybody.
If you don't have any experience, or, if you already bake bread but are looking to develop your technique, this is the workshop you need to attend.
We will unravel the use and maintenance of the sourdough starter; knead two different doughs of natural leavened bread and go through every step of the process, including baking.
At the end of the class, you can take home not only the sourdough starter and the dough you've made, but also tasting fresh bread straight out of the oven.
Come spend the Saturday afternoon, from 4pm until 7h30pm, with hands on dough, learning and having fun.
