The sourdough bread workshop is aimed at people with no experience in this type of bread or who already make it but want to improve their technique. We'll knead two bread doughs and follow each step of the process until baking. At the end, you can take home the dough that was made in class.
Students must bring an apron and avoid dark clothing.

This is an English lectured workshop.

Diego Haupenthal has been working as a baker, consultant and trainer since 2012, always focusing on artisanal baking and natural fermentation. He sold his bakery in Brazil in 2019 to come live in Lisbon, where he's worked at Isco, Simpli Coffee and Marquise. Today he is a partner and Head Baker at DoBeco Padaria where he makes 100% sourdough bread and presents a line of puff pastries inspired by French viennoiserie.
